And they told me sorry we can't help you. They told me that they would sell me another one. That is it for the one I bought. Aero at least gives 1 year. I could not believe how cold this company was. I won't ever order from them again. Beds are not inspected so they replace. This review is from: Intex Deluxe Frame Rising Comfort Queen Airbed with built-in A/C Pump (Sports) I like the product, if it only didn't leak air. I sent original back to factory, where they assured me it was an abnormality that mine had an air leak. The new one came and I had the same problem. Total waste of money. You cannot see where the air is leaking. I had Inlaws stay with us and they would have to get up several times a night to pump air back into the mattress.
